The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification provides the training, education and standards for which we perform all our work

We at SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury take great pride in the education we offer our employees.  The IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) offers a wide array of industry specific certification courses.  We send each of our technicians away for training a couple times a year so that they are learning state of the art techniques, industry specific knowledge and skills that they then are able to apply while producing projects at SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury.  When you call on a professional to assist you with your water, fire, mold or other type of disaster, you can count on SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury for having EDUCATED and CERTIFIED technicians who will perform the work in your home or business, to the standard that is expected in this industry.
